Bart Henneberry

In 2017 Bart was appointed President of Signature Commercial Realty having served as Vice President since 2011. Bart joined the firm in 2007. From 2002 to 2007 Bart was Manager, Leasing and Sales Brokerage, with Compass Commercial Realty. During this period Bart and his team completed in excess of 200 office/industrial/retail lease deals, including both new and renewals.

Bart is past President of the Society of Management Accountants of Nova Scotia and is a graduate of Saint Mary's University with an MBA. He is a licensed real estate agent and is responsible for real estate financial analysis, leasing and sales brokerage functions.

Bart has extensive senior general and financial management experience from over 30 years working in a variety of senior financial capacities in Toronto and Halifax.  Bart credits his success to his straightforward, common sense approach to customer service. He believes that high quality, professional service is the only way to generate loyal customers in today's competitive marketplace. Bart has been involved in a number of volunteer and community groups including: Organization Member, Heart & Stroke Foundation annual Golf Tournament; Treasurer, Metro Immigrant Settlement Association; Sunday School Teacher; Board Member, Kingswood Ratepayers Association; Volunteer, Bedford Classic Basketball Tournament; and Coach, Bedford Minor Soccer.
